This fancy rooftop bar on top of the even fancier William Vale hotel in Brooklyn feels like something you would find in Manhattan. That said, this is where you'll find some of the best views in the entire city, and the food and drinks are actually pretty good. Celebrate a birthday here, or bring an out-of-towner who doesn’t understand the difference between Brooklyn and Manhattan anyway. They’ll be impressed.
