Sun Ha Jang really only serves one thing - duck, three different ways. We prefer the sliced breast option, brought out on a giant platter and cooked in a pan by your server. The duck is flavorful, tender, and great when dipped in some sesame oil and salt. Add a few slices of marinated onion and radish, a couple leaves of lettuce, and you’ve built your own duck salad. And rather than draining the rendered duck fat left in the pan, they use it to cook rice and kimchi, for an incredible (and heavy) ending to the meal.
